Servicing the thriving coastal markets of Mandurah and Rockingham, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Property Management professional to combine portfolio growth, client relationships, and hands‐on property management in a dynamic and supportive environment.
We are seeking someone who is commercially minded, relationship-driven, and passionate about delivering outstanding service while helping grow The Agency's rent roll in this region.
About the Role
This is a hybrid role combining:
Property Management
Leasing & Tenant Management
Business Development
Referral Growth & Agent Relationship Management
You will play a key role in expanding the agency's property management division by:
Developing and growing our new office in Mandurah.
Initially focused on Business Development, leading into the opportunity to build and manage your own portfolio.
Incentives paid on new business and property management, including both self‐generated business, website leads and our agent referrals.
This is a highly autonomous role suited to someone who enjoys both client relationships and operational property management.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
Grow the agency rent roll through new business generation.
A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License.
You will be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiate.
Develop and maintain referral relationships with internal and external sales agents.
Conduct rental appraisals and present management proposals.
Advertise and lease properties.
Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants.
Ensure compliance with WA property management legislation.
About You
To succeed in this role you will ideally have:
Background in Property Management.
Strong communication skills with a consultative approach.
Self‐motivated and able to manage your own territory.
Professional presentation and strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and relationship‐building skills.
Confidence in winning new business and closing opportunities.
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Knowledge of the Mandurah and Rockingham rental markets highly regarded.
