We’re on the lookout for a talented Senior Account Director to join our team at Round. Commencing mid August, the role is a full-time 12 month maternity leave contract, working from our beautiful studio in Fitzroy.

Experience
* Proven experience managing a big brand roll out—with multiple workstreams across digital, physical experience, campaign, photography and motion is mandatory
* Previous brand, placemaking and marketing experience across mixed-use property and hotel sectors
* Lifestyle and hospitality brand and marketing experience will also be highly valued
* Experience managing challenging projects with multiple senior stakeholders a given
* Proven experience growing accounts and winning new work
* Experience in marketing, comms and content creation and delivery will also be valued
* Experience being part of brand strategy delivery and an interest in contributing actively to strategic projects and brief making is desirable
* A proven track record for delivering work that creates lasting impact
