Contract Administrator – Role Summary
ETS is looking for a passionate Contract Administrator to manage administrative functions including contract invoicing, employee timesheet entry, supplier invoices and support to local managers.
Key Responsibilities & Required Attributes
* Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
* Accurate keyboard and data management skills with attention to detail
* Strong time management, task prioritisation and ability to work independently & part of a small team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with invoicing, billing and job costing via spreadsheets
Desirable Experience
* Timesheet processing and job cost management
* Accounts management and internal company reporting (Greentree/MYOB experience highly regarded)
* General office administration including supplies, mail, and ordering
* Data management including maintaining accurate business records
* Client communication and professional correspondence
* Providing administrative support across the management team as required
