What You'll Do
- Lead the daily operations of a busy, full-service venue
- Drive guest experience, service standards and brand consistency
- Recruit, train and mentor FOH teams and emerging leaders
- Manage rostering, labour cost control and wage efficiency
- Oversee venue financial performance, reporting and KPI achievement
- Ensure compliance across RSA, food safety, OH&S; and company policies
- Champion culture, engagement, teamwork and high performance
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Venue Manager or Senior Assistant Manager
- Strong leadership capability with a hands-on management style
- Ability to coach, inspire and build high-performing teams
- Solid understanding of full-service dining operations
- Confident in financials: wage control, COGS, forecasting & reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills and calm decision-making under pressure
- Exceptional communication and guest experience focus
- Ability to work a flexible roster including evenings and weekends
