We’re seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Parts Cataloguer to support accurate creation and maintenance of parts data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This role is key to ensuring data integrity across our client's ERP platform, working closely with procurement, engineering, and operations teams.
Key responsibilities:
Create, maintain and update part master data in D365Validate, cross-check and resolve catalogue data discrepanciesCollaborate with procurement and engineering teamsPerform bulk uploads using Excel tools/templatesSkills and Experience:
ERP experience (D365 preferred)Advanced Excel skills (formulas, lookups, data manipulation)Solid attention to detail and accuracyPrevious cataloguing or inventory experience (desirable)Flexibility (start/finish times) to support different timezones across Australia

Casual Loading
