About the Role
We are seeking experienced All‐Round Operators. This role is ideal for applicants with a combination of plant operating and civil labouring experience, particularly in the following areas:
* Excavators
* Dozer
* Grader (GPS experience highly regarded)
* Loaders
* Rollers
* Watercart
* HC/MC licence and float driving
* General civil labouring
Key Responsibilities
* Safely and efficiently operate mobile plant and equipment.
* Assist with labouring and ground support duties when required.
* Work across a variety of civil projects including earthworks, roads, drainage, subdivisions and pads.
* Maintain high safety and quality standards on site.

About You
* Previous civil construction experience.
* Operating experience essential.
* Current driver's licence and relevant operating tickets.
* White Card / Blue Card.
* Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
* Commitment to workplace safety.
* Must be able to pass medical and drug and alcohol test.
