The Role
We are looking for a full‐time Practice Nurse Manager to join our amazing team at our Tweed Head, NSW Practice. As a vital team member, you will be responsible for managing the daily treatment room operations and nursing services.
Whilst leading a dedicated team of nurses to deliver safe, effective, and patient‐centred care, you will work closely with the Practice Manager and GP's to coordinate clinical services, manage workflow and foster a collaborative high‐performing environment.

Your Responsibilities
* Inspire and empower: Lead and motivate a skilled team of nurses, fostering growth and delivering clinical excellence every day.
* Drive smooth and safe treatment room operations: Oversee the treatment room's efficiency and safety, ensuring optimal staffing and smooth workflows.
* Champion Compliance: Ensure an adherence to clinical safety and quality standards ensuring our practice remains a trusted healthcare hub.
* Team with Practice Manager: Collaborate with the Medical Centre Practice Manager to analyse performance metrics and strategically allocate resources for maximum impact.
* GP Collaboration: Partner with GP's to support comprehensive health assessments, tailored care plans and chronic disease management.
* Building and maintaining positive professional relationships with patients, medical staff, and fellow team members, contributing to a collaborative and respectful workplace culture.
* Champion workplace health and safety by actively participating in safety initiatives, promptly reporting any incidents/hazards whilst fostering a secure and supportive work environment.
About You
* Proven leadership and team management experience.
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Previous experience in a General Practice or primary health care setting preferred but not required.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent attention to detail.
* Can work autonomously and delegate when appropriate.
* A passion for patient‐centred care and a personable approach.
