Overview
Combo Operator located in the Greater Ipswich Area for a long-term project. The Combo Operator will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment and performing general maintenance tasks. Day-to-day tasks include operating machinery, conducting routine inspections, maintaining equipment, following safety protocols, and assisting with site operations as needed. The role requires precision and adherence to safety standards to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Responsibilities
* Operate a variety of heavy equipment, including 8T combos.
* Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
* Follow safety protocols and maintain safe operations on site.
* Assist with site operations as needed to support project delivery.
Qualifications
* Experience in operating 8T Combo.
* Knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
* Ability to conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
* Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor.
* Valid driver's license and relevant heavy equipment certifications.
* Previous experience in construction or similar industries is a plus.
