Job Title: Client Regional Coordinator
Job Description
The Client Regional Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing their designated service region. This involves overseeing various functions within the work area, applying skills and knowledge gained through qualifications and/or experience, and ensuring regional performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, appraise, manage, educate, and monitor the performance of all support staff within the region to ensure qualified and experienced personnel are available.
* Scheduling and Allocation: Oversee the scheduling and allocation of support workers to meet clients' needs.
* Performance and Compliance: Ensure all KPIs are met according to management directives and compliance standards.
* Business Development: Collaborate with the Business Development team to generate and convert leads through sales and marketing initiatives, and identify new business opportunities within the NDIS sector.
* Relationship Management: Maintain and build relationships with participants, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and Allied Health Professionals.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of NDIS guidelines, statutory requirements, and organizational policies. Relevant qualifications include a four-year degree with one year of experience; three-year degree with two years of experience; associate diploma with relevant experience; or lesser qualifications with substantial experience.
