We are seeking a highly skilled Service Integrity Analyst to support our Television Audience Measurement panels and coordinate related activities to address any imbalances.
Responsibilities
* Main Objectives:
* Ensure daily data delivery according to contractual KPIs and commitments.
* Oversee scheduled data delivery for VOZ production and delivery to clients.
* Perform on-going analysis and review of systems and procedures and identify areas of improvement.
Outcomes
* Expected Results:
* Provide ad-hoc reporting to the Executive team and key clients.
* Provide ad-hoc statistical and technical support.
