Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate casual Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Physiotherapist at Right at Home Sydney Central and Eastern Suburbs, you will play a vital role in improving the mobility, function, and overall health of our clients. You will provide one-on-one care and develop customized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each individual.
Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments to evaluate client's physical condition and needs.
* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and function.
* Provide hands-on therapy and exercise guidance to clients.
* Educate clients and their families on exercises, techniques, and strategies for ongoing care.
* Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
* Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions and progress.
Qualifications
* Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
* AHPRA Registration
* Current and valid Physiotherapist license in the state of New South Wales.
* Proven experience in providing physiotherapy services, preferably in a home care or community setting.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
* Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to improve clients' quality of life.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
