Job Description
In these casual roles, based at Epworth Richmond, you will be responsible for compliance with Epworth's Food Safety Plan and ISO Food Safety Management System. You will be part of the Support Services Team – Food Services, reporting to the Head Chef and the Hospitality Services Operations Manager.
To be successful in this role, you are currently working in the hospitality/catering industry with A‐La‐Cart and Production experience and are seeking to enter the hospital / healthcare sector. You are seen as a positive role‐model and can build robust relationships with all people, internally and externally. You understand the importance that food and food services play in patient healing and in creating a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Comply with Epworth's Food Safety Plan and ISO Food Safety Management System.
* Monitor and work in accordance with all food safety requirements.
* Support the Food Services team under the head chef and hospitality services operations manager.
Required Qualifications
* Trade Chef qualifications.
* Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
* Demonstrated knowledge and ability to monitor and work in accordance with all food safety requirements.
