Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in South Geelong, VIC. The position involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing overall customer experience. The role requires prompt and professional responses to customer queries, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining a positive rapport with clients.
Qualifications
* Experience in Customer Service, including Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction
* Skills in maintaining and enhancing Customer Experience
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Prior experience in similar roles is advantageous
