Role: Senior Educator / ECT - Educational Leader
Location: Lennox Head, NSW
Centre: Goodstart Lennox Head
Employment Type: Full Time / Permanent
Pay: $39.85 - $68.53 per hour + Educational Leader Allowance (based on qualification and experience)
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Educators in the centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational programs offered to children.
* Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
* Work closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
* Lead change and champion practice uplift and excellence.
Qualifications
* Diploma or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education).
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Current NSW Working with Children Check.
* Previous experience leading change in education (preferred).
* ACECQA approved equivalent qualification (if applicable).
