Location: Brisbane (Northern suburbs)
You'll work closely with the Site Manager to drive positive change in performance - combining strong people leadership with data-driven decision making. Focused on lifting capability, consistency, and continuous improvement across production.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and coach production teams across four rotating shifts (each with a Team Leader and 2IC).
Build engagement, accountability and high performance through trust and open communication.
Drive continuous improvement using data and reporting tools.
Use data to highlight bottlenecks and drive measurable improvements in productivity, cost and efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations across Maintenance, Warehouse and Engineering.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, safety, and environmental standards.
Ensure safety is always the starting point - not an afterthought.
The ideal candidate:
Brings a proven track recordin food manufacturing, ideally leading multiple shifts or teams.
Has a strong people-first leadership style - passion for engagement, motivation and development of others.
Comfortable with data - confident using Excel and ERP systems, and understands how to track and improve performance.
Has a solid foundation in safety, quality, and continuous improvement systems.
