Job Description:
As a dedicated healthcare professional, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents. You will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care and support, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities:
* Provide medical care and support to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and mobility assistance.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs and preferences.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including clinical documentation and progress notes.
* Participate in training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge in aged care.
Requirements:
* A current nursing degree and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Previous experience in aged care or a related field, demonstrating leadership skills and ability to work autonomously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC.
