Role Overview: As an In-Home Renewables Representative, you will be the face of 1KOMMA5 Australia, interacting directly with homeowners to educate them about the benefits of solar energy, battery storage, EV charging & heat pumps and guide them through the process of making the transition to renewable energy. Each week you will attend 10-15 pre booked, highly qualified in-home consultations to assess energy needs, and design custom solar & renewables solutions tailored to each customer's requirements. The bonus is the lead generation is done for you! You will be provided with 10-15 pre-booked and qualified appointments per week. All you need to do is meet with the customer, conduct a thorough needs analysis of their situation and sell them an appropriate solution. From day one in the role you will be put through a comprehensive training program as well as spending some time in the field with existing high performers in the business to learn from the best. Once your training is completed, you will enjoy working in a fully remote environment and attend 10-15 highly qualified, pre-booked meetings every week. What we are looking for: Strong previous experience in selling solar energy solutions or other in-home sales experience. Self-motivated, hungry and results driven mentality to close sales Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with homeowners. Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate customer schedules. Why Join Us: $80k super base salary & comms packages OR full comms only models (depending on your preference) HUGE earning potential available due to government subsidies now in play.
