The Role
As an ICT Customer Support Officer, you will provide timely, accurate, and high-quality IT support to the firm's Partners and employees.
Your responsibilities include delivering helpdesk, desktop, and application support to internal staff across multiple sites nationally, with training in first to third level support.

• 2–3 years of experience in a professional IT support environment
• Client-focused and team-player mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to pick things up quickly and adapt to a growing firm
