Up to $118/hour + Super Contract through August **** + Extension Hybrid work environment We're seeking an experienced Senior Power Apps Developer to join a high-performing digital solutions team within a large Queensland Government department.
This role involves end-to-end Power Platform development across major enterprise projects focused on workforce, education, and digital service transformation.
You'll work within a collaborative environment delivering secure, scalable business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
The team operates under Agile delivery practices and places strong emphasis on design quality, service integrity, and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities Design, build and maintain complex business applications using Power Apps (Canvas Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power Pages .
Develop and manage data models, integrations, and APIs across Microsoft environments.
Apply CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps and support full lifecycle delivery from development through production.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions align with technical standards and business goals.
Contribute to ongoing enhancement, optimisation, and support activities across multiple digital projects.
Skills Experience Essential 3+ years' hands-on Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse).
Strong knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and integration development.
Proven ability to design secure, compliant, cloud-based applications.
Experience working in large, complex ICT environments.
Excellent communication and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Highly Desirable Experience developing Power Pages .
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
Exposure to AI Builder, Azure DevOps pipelines, or Agile methodologies.
