Your Role
Are you a strategic marketing leader ready to drive transformation in a dynamic B2B environment? Lincoln Sentry is seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to lead our marketing, digital and activation agenda – delivering profitable growth and a seamless omnichannel customer experience across branch sales & service and online.
This is a high‑impact opportunity to shape the future of marketing at Lincoln Sentry, a leading B2B distribution business. Unlike traditional brand marketing roles, this position focuses on customer insights, market segmentation and digital strategy – not consumer branding.
Leading a team, you’ll drive strategic and trade marketing initiatives and spearhead digital transformation across platforms including eCommerce, CRM / EDM, social media and our website. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) you’ll help shape and execute our 4‑year strategy with a strong emphasis on customer centricity.

Skills & Experience
* Proven experience at Head of Marketing or Marketing Director level
* Strong background in B2B distribution building products or materials industries
* Demonstrated success in leading digital strategy and transformation
* Skilled in change management and leading through organizational evolution
* Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced evolving business environment
* Degree in Business or Marketing (MBA / post‑grad preferred)
* Strategic analytical and financial acumen
* Expertise in customer segmentation, value proposition design and go‑to‑market execution
* Digital fluency across platforms, martech and analytics
