Your new role:
In this dynamic role, you will support the delivery of exceptional customer and client experiences while overseeing business operations, ordering, allocation, and commercial activities for the Queensland Tissue Bank. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you'll help drive service improvements, support staff development, and strengthen QTB's systems and processes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating administrative support for clinical services and providing guidance to junior administrative staff.
* Monitoring, reporting, and improving customer activity, workflow efficiency, and data integrity.
* Supporting business development functions including finance reconciliation, quality audits, and process improvement initiatives.

You will bring:
* Strong customer service capability and the ability to navigate sensitive or challenging situations.
* Demonstrated problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Knowledge of (or the ability to acquire) organ and tissue banking services, specialised software systems, and business operations processes.
* Skills in marketing and communication activities, with familiarity in medical terminology highly regarded.
