The Opportunity
* Undertake various tasks across the site
* Dust control, Odour control, Litter management, and onsite maintenance
* Assist team members, contractors, and customers
* Ability to work in all weather conditions to maintain the operating conditions as required
About You
* Previous experience in the landfill or waste industry is highly regarded
* Current Forklift Licence with Reach Stacker (RS) and High-Risk Work Licence (HRW) – essential
* Proven experience in a similar operational or yard-based role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive mindset with the ability to problem-solve and think outside the box
* Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
