Job Summary
Be a part of transforming Australia's digital landscape as a Customer Field Technician in Tamworth. In this customer-facing role you will install, repair and maintain nbn products and services across all nbn technologies.
Responsibilities
* Installation of copper and fibre cabling, including jointing, jumpering and splicing.
* Customer premises installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE).
* Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and CPE.
* Work autonomously and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining integrity, honesty and self-management.
Qualifications
* Experience in cable, communication or electrical installation, or transferable skills from a similar field.
* Strong customer-service skills, both written and verbal.
* Current and clean driver's licence.
* Willingness to undertake a criminal history check and a pre‐employment medical assessment.
Working Conditions
Field based in Tamworth, working in customer premises with a flexible schedule between 7am and 7pm.
Permanent full‐time role.
