What you’ll do

- Conduct assessments and deliver evidence‑informed interventions
- Develop and implement goal‑based therapy plans aligned with NDIS or other funding goals
- Collaborate with families, carers, and support networks to build functional capacity
- Work flexibly across home, school, community, and remote settings
- Manage your schedule and admin from home, with local clients and minimal travel

What you’ll bring

- Degree in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Strong clinical reasoning, adaptability, and proactive communication skills
- A genuine passion for empowering people with disability
- Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, current driver’s licence, and unrestricted working rights in Australia
