Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Duck Creek Delivery Manager with Property & Casualty domain to oversee client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions. This role requires a dynamic individual with deep expertise in Duck Creek platform, strong client management skills, and the ability to align business objectives with technical capabilities.
Qualifications
* 10-15 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5+ years in Duck Creek implementations.
* Strong understanding of Duck Creek product suite (Policy, Billing, Claims, Rating).
* Proven experience in Agile, Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
* Familiarity with P&C system architecture, integration, and configuration best practices.
* Strong expertise in P&C insurance industry processes and workflows.
* Proven experience in managing large, complex accounts and engagements.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in project management tools like ADO, JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end delivery of Duck Creek implementations across Policy, Billing, Claims, and Rating modules.
* Lead cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, testers, and client stakeholders.
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Ensure adherence to Duck Creek implementation best practices and methodologies.
* Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively.
* Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
* Support pre-sales activities including effort estimation and proposal development.
* Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance.
