The role involves preparing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the residential space. You will ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while managing business opportunities and meeting personal annual budget targets. You will maintain positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
* Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications.
* CPV status with significant residential valuation experience.
* Strong client network and commitment to professional development.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, customer service, and analytical skills.
* Strong attention to detail and report writing capabilities.
