Robertson Health Centre Robertson Health Centre is located on Robertson Barracks in Holtze, 15 km east of Darwin. It is home to the 1st Brigade & 1st Aviation Regiment. The facility has a routine dependency of approximately 2,800 members including a large reserve component. The Barracks also accommodates an additional 2,500 US Marines every six months from May to September. The health centre provides primary medical, aviation medical, nursing, pharmaceutical, dental, physiotherapy and mental health services. It operates a 22‑bed low‑dependency ward 24/7. Standard operating hours are generally 07:30 – 15:30 Monday to Friday. Weekday & weekend on‑call shifts are equally shared.
What You’ll Do
Deliver high‑quality primary care to Defence members
Occupational Medicine environment – conducting fitness‑for‑duty assessments and pre/post‑deployment care, in addition to injury management, chronic disease management and preventative health
Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical environment where patient wellness is paramount
What You Bring
Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner
FRACGP, FACRRM or Vocational Registration
Minimum two years’ GP experience in the last five years in a primary Care setting
Current CPR certification (HLTAID009)
Australian citizenship required (Baseline Security Clearance)
Commitment to CPD and ethical, patient‑centred care
