Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Painter and Decorator located in Rockingham - Mandurah, WA. The Painter and Decorator will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, coatings, and other finishes to interiors and exteriors of buildings and other structures. Day-to-day tasks include surface preparation, mixing paints, matching colors, and applying textures using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. The role also involves maintaining tools and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating with clients to achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications
* Experience in Paint, Painting, and Spray Painting
* Skills in Painting and Decorating, including surface preparation and application techniques
* Knowledge of different Coatings and their applications
* Attention to detail and a strong eye for color matching
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physical stamina and dexterity
* Previous experience in residential or commercial painting is a plus
* Relevant certifications or training in painting or decorating
