We're looking for a friendly, organised, and caring Administration Assistant who will play a key role in supporting our residents and staff.
This is more than just an admin role—it's an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives every day.
As an Administration Assistant, you'll be the go-to person for smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Being the first point of contact for enquiries and building positive relationships with residents, families, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Coordinating schedules for meetings, interviews, training, and appointments.
Managing information and documentation in line with accreditation standards, while providing general admin support to keep everything running seamlessly.
Essential
A reliable, organised professional with strong time management skills.
Certificate III in Business (or equivalent experience).
Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Previous administrative experience.
Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
Valid Australian work rights (we're unable to offer sponsorship).
Desirable
Knowledge of the aged care or home care sector.
Availability for full-time hours—but we're flexible
Part-time or school-hour arrangements can be considered.
