We're looking for a contract Business Development Partner to help open conversations with senior decision-makers and book introductory calls.
What you'll do
* Identify and research target companies
* Send professional LinkedIn and email outreach
* Start conversations with executives and founders
* Book intro calls for the founder
* Log activity in a simple tracking system
What you won't do
* Hard sell services or negotiate pricing
* Run sales calls or close deals
* Use spammy templates or volume tactics
Ideal background
* Comfortable speaking to senior professionals
* Strong written communication
* Familiar with LinkedIn outreach
* Interest in B2B, tech, or regulated industries
Compensation
* Commission only (percentage of first 3 months' revenue)
* Uncapped earnings
* Opportunity to move to part-time or full-time salary as the agency grows
