We're currently looking for a talented Allied Health Team Leader to join and lead our multidisciplinary team of Rehabilitation Consultants in Perth and help shape lives. With ongoing support, mentoring and the ability to manage a reduced case load based on your area of interest, this role provides an ideal blend of leadership focus and holistic quality of care with clients – including rewarding work with DVA clients.

How you'll be making an impact in people's lives
* Leading and coaching a team of Consultants
* Overseeing the team's performance and quality
* Exploring new opportunities and growth areas
* Mentoring and training junior staff members
* Providing advice and coaching on case management practices, while also managing a reduced, specialised case load of your own.
* Identifying Return To Work barriers and designing, implementing and monitoring programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce as required.
Qualifications
What you'll bring to the role
* Qualifications and full relevant registration in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Chiropractic, Osteopathy or Rehab Counselling
* Current vehicle and driver's licence and ability to travel for work
* Minimum of one year of relevant experience in workers' compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation
* Proven written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers and employees
* Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis to provide thorough and comprehensive assessments
* Ability to consistently provide high‑level customer service and grow business by way of increased referrals
* Proven organisational and time‑management skills
