Mount Gambier & Districts Health Service is seeking skilled nurses and midwives to join our Casual Pool. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a beautiful regional location, delivering high-quality care across a range of inpatient and outpatient services.
In this role, you will provide person-centred care, assess and plan patient needs, coordinate services, and work collaboratively within a dedicated multidisciplinary team. You will also contribute to patient education, rehabilitation programs, and professional development initiatives.

What We're Looking For:
* Registered Nurse or Registered Nurse/Midwife with eligibility for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and holding or eligible to hold a current practising certificate.
* Prior experience in nursing or midwifery practice, with a commitment to providing care in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
* Strong communication skills, including problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities.
* The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and prioritise workloads in a fast-paced, rural healthcare setting.
* A creative, innovative, and flexible approach to patient care and problem-solving.
