Description
* Strategic Planning & Market Expansion
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth across residential and home care services.
* Relationship Management
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies.
* Lead Generation & Conversion
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting leads into long-term clients through effective sales techniques and personalized service offerings.
* Brand Positioning & Marketing
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance The Jesmond Group's brand presence, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
* Service Innovation
Work closely with clinical and operational teams to identify opportunities for service enhancement and innovation, ensuring we meet the diverse needs of our clients.
* Performance Metrics & Reporting
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to the executive team on business development activities and outcomes
Profile
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales within the aged care or healthcare sector.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of aged care regulations, funding models, and market dynamics.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
* Analytical: Proficient in analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
* Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
