As Performance Director, you will lead operationally a team and client, owning the delivery of digital strategy and performance outcomes.You will act as a key point of contact, building strong relationships and becoming an extension of their business. You will guide annual planning, oversee campaign execution and ensure all activity is aligned to commercial goals.You will manage and develop your team, supporting their growth through mentoring, feedback and clear development plans. You will create an environment where individuals take ownership and continue to build their capability.You will stay close to the work, maintaining oversight of campaign quality across paid media channels while supporting optimisation and performance improvements.
