Sales Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to existing and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote/sell/secure orders from prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
* Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
* Actively research sources for developing new prospective customers and for relevant information to determine their potential.
* Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
* Expedite the successful resolution of customer issues and complaints.
* Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
* Identify opposition and compare organization's products/services.
* Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
* Reach agreed sales targets to be set in conjunction with the Dealer Manager.
Requirements
To be successful as a Sales Representative, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven track record of success in sales roles.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with sales software and systems.
