Conservation Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to manage our island and marine park operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about conservation and has a proven track record of success in leading teams.
Main Responsibilities:
* Team Management: Lead a dedicated team of operational rangers and coordinate the delivery of annual work programs.
* Park Management: Oversee day-to-day marine park management, including fire, pest and safety management.
* Partnerships: Build and maintain effective partnerships with Traditional Owners, community groups, industry stakeholders and other government agencies.
