Maintenance Manager Role
This exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for leadership and a drive for excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective operations. This includes leading the team to achieve specific maintenance KPI's, planning and monitoring to ensure accurate monthly spend forecasts, and stepping in as Site Manager and SSE as required.
This role requires a strong technical background and experience in leading a technical team. The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Engineering or relevant industry experience and SSE qualifications or the ability to obtain.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
2. Lead the team to achieve specific maintenance KPI's.
3. Plan and monitor to ensure accurate monthly spend forecasts.
