Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook high‐quality meals for our members and guests.
* Ensure all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
* Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure food is delivered on time.
* Assist with menu planning, food inventory, and ordering.
* Adapt to the changing needs of a busy venue with varying service levels.
* Follow food safety guidelines and best practices.
About You:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef in a similar venue (pub, club, or restaurant).
* Applicants with Certificates in Commercial Cookery will be prioritised.
* Passion for creating quality food and excellent presentation.
* Strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
* Ability to work well in a team and foster a positive working environment.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of a busy venue.
* A commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
