Position Overview
Full‐time Service Support Officer role until 6 July 2027 at the Mental Health and Wellbeing Local in Mildura. You will create a safe and supportive environment for participants, carers, families and team members and manage day‐to‐day administration and coordination to ensure smooth service operations.
Responsibilities
* Welcoming participants, carers, families and service partners in person and on the phone, creating a calm and respectful space.
* Managing day‐to‐day running of the service, keeping things organised and well‐coordinated so the team can focus on person‐centred care.
Qualifications and Experience
* Relevant qualifications or commensurate experience in an administration/data entry support role, ideally in a similar industry.
* Experience in a participant focused or customer facing role.
* Ability to provide a warm, welcoming and empathic experience for participants.
* Right to work within Australia.
* Satisfactory National Police Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to undertake NDIS Workers Orientation Module – 'Quality Safety and You' (free online course).
