Description Lead, coach, and develop a national sales and technical team Develop and execute the division's sales strategy and business plan Manage and grow relationships with key accounts at a senior level Identify and capitalise on new product, market, and customer opportunities Oversee a diverse packaging portfolio, including: Flexible packaging (printed & unprinted) Die-cut lidding, laminates, and foils Packaging machinery (filling, sealing, and processing equipment) Drive performance against revenue and margin targets Collaborate with product managers to deliver growth across key product categories Partner with marketing on campaigns, events, and brand positioning Monitor and optimise KPIs to improve team performance and commercial outcomes Profile To be successful, you will be a commercially driven sales leader with a strong track record in the packaging industry, alongside proven team leadership experience. Critical Requirements: Extensive experience in flexible packaging is essential - this is a core requirement for the role Strong understanding of the Australian packaging landscape and key market players Proven ability to manage, coach, and inspire high-performing sales teams Demonstrated success in developing and executing national sales strategies Key Skills & Experience: Background in packaging materials and/or packaging machinery Established network within the packaging and/or print sectors Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels Strong communication and presentation capabilities Experience across flexible packaging applications such as food, beverage, or industrial packaging will be highly regarded and is a major focus of this role.
