Clinical Nurse Manager
As a key member of our clinical team, the Clinical Nurse Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering high standards of care to residents. In collaboration with the Facility Manager, this position ensures seamless integration of clinical best practices and promotes person-centered care that aligns with industry benchmarks.
This includes providing expert clinical leadership, nursing consultation, and support to enhance the overall resident experience. Key responsibilities encompass quality improvement initiatives, performance management, customer focus, and confidentiality.
