The Role
This role WILL BE fast paced; you will work autonomously and be expected to generate new business consistently.
Duties
* Achieve set KPIs
* Generate NB leads
* Update and build NB CRM system
* Convert NB leads
* Full onboard lifecycle
* Be the primary point of contact for NB customers within your region ensuring prompt and professional responses maintaining and updating customer records within the CRM system
* Collaborate with internal departments to enhance service delivery and support where necessary
* Provide quotes to customers and close where required
