Job Description
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on winning business from new clients and delivering exceptional candidates based on their needs. Your responsibilities will include:
* Building and nurturing relationships with clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
* Understanding client recruitment needs and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
* Negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Becoming an industry expert through networking and staying ahead of market trends.
* Guiding clients and candidates throughout the interview and offer process, influencing a positive outcome.
* Collaborating within a high‐performing team, motivating each other to achieve outstanding results.
We are seeking salespeople to join us. Whether you have experience in service sales, outbound sales, account management, or business development / lead generation, we would love to hear from you.
