Play a hands‐on role in supporting the safe, functional and welcoming operation of our health unit. As a Facility & Grounds Officer, you will be responsible for general maintenance of the interior and exterior of the facility, ensuring buildings, equipment and grounds are maintained to a high standard. This practical role is essential to supporting staff, patients and visitors by maintaining a clean, safe and well‐presented environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake general facility maintenance, including minor carpentry, painting, plumbing and mechanical tasks.
* Maintain external areas through grounds maintenance, rubbish collection and upkeep of outdoor spaces.
* Identify maintenance issues and carry out repairs or report faults as required.
* Support the safe and efficient operation of the health unit by maintaining facilities and equipment in line with standards.
