Care Coordinator Opportunity
This role involves providing exceptional client care and service, working closely with our clinical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Key responsibilities include resolving interactions in a timely and efficient manner, rostering staff with the appropriate qualifications, and managing phone systems.
* The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative experience, particularly in a face-to-face centre environment, along with experience in the Home Care/Aged Care sector.
* Previous rostering experience is essential, as well as a full driver's license and exceptional communication skills.
* A friendly, engaging, and inclusive phone and email manner is crucial for this role, as well as a willingness to obtain police clearance within six months.
