What you will be doing
You will play a key role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly by:
* leading the team day‐to‐day and keeping work on track
* planning and allocating workloads to meet targets and KPIs
* supporting in with pick/pack/dispatch and inbound work as required
* overseeing stock management, cycle counts, and system updates
* coordinating returns (RMA), stock transfers, and warehouse processes
* maintaining safety, quality standards, and compliance
* spotting issues early and taking action to keep things moving

* has team leader/leadership experience and enjoys motivating others
* communicates clearly and builds strong working relationships
* has pick/pack/dispatch and general warehouse experience
* holds a current forklift licence and is confident on the floor
* is organised, reliable, and thrives in a busy environment
* leads by example and enjoys solving problems and improving processes
* Experience with warehouse systems/ERP is a bonus, but not essential.
