RMH Mental Health Services provides recovery-focused inpatient and community care for adults and older adults experiencing serious mental illness. Our multidisciplinary teams deliver compassionate, trauma-informed and evidence-based care that places consumers, carers and families at the centre of treatment and recovery.
About the Program

The RMH Graduate Mental Health Nurse Program is a two-year structured graduate program designed to support newly qualified nurses to consolidate clinical skills, build confidence and develop expertise in recovery-focused mental health care.
This two-year graduate program provides:
* Supported clinical practice across inpatient and community settings
* Dedicated study days and professional development
* Mental health specific theoretical learning
* Clinical rotations and multidisciplinary team experience
* Support to complete a Post Graduate Diploma or Masters in Mental Health Nursing in Year 2

* A graduate Registered Nurse passionate about mental health nursing
* Committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred care
* Motivated to learn and grow in a dynamic clinical environment
* Able to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
