Role Overview
The Speech Pathologist will work with NDIS participants across the lifespan, supporting communication, swallowing, and functional participation goals.
This role offers a varied caseload including clinic-based therapy, home visits, and community-based services. You will have autonomy in clinical decision-making while receiving strong supervision and ongoing support from a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive speech, language, fluency, and swallowing assessments
* Develop and implement individualised, goal-oriented therapy plans
* Deliver evidence-based interventions across speech, language, social communication, and dysphagia
* Provide services aligned with NDIS participant goals and funding requirements
* Recommend and support use of AAC and assistive communication technology
* Collaborate with families, carers, support coordinators, and allied health professionals
* Prepare high-quality clinical reports, progress notes, and NDIS documentation
* Educate and empower clients and caregivers with functional communication strategies
* Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and professional development activities
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
* Current or pending registration with Speech Pathology Australia
* New graduates welcome to apply (Australia-based)
* Overseas-qualified Speech Pathologists are welcome to apply. Applicants must have a recognised Speech Pathology qualification and a minimum of 3–4 years' post-qualification clinical experience in their home country
* Eligibility for Australian work rights or visa sponsorship (where applicable)
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills
* Passion for NDIS practice and improving client outcomes and quality of life
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
