As a Senior Design Manager, you'll lead pre-construction design processes, oversee compliance and coordination, and guide multidisciplinary teams from early engagement through to delivery. With our Engineering Enterprise and DfMA capabilities at your side, you'll be enabling solutions that go beyond the conventional.
What you'll bring :
* Architectural degree and deep construction-sector design experience (c.10 years)
* Expertise in secure, complex or modular building projects
* Ability to manage consultants, challenge design outputs and embed buildability early
