Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in Melbourne, VIC, with the option for a hybrid work arrangement. The Geotechnical Engineer will be responsible for conducting site investigations, performing geotechnical analyses, preparing designs for foundations, retaining walls, and other earthworks, as well as ensuring the successful completion of projects. The role involves collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams and clients to deliver innovative and efficient solutions in geotechnical engineering.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Site Investigation and Soil analysis
* Solid experience in Geotechnical Engineering and Engineering Geology
* Skills in Foundation Design and development of associated engineering solutions
* Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or a related field
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Experience with geotechnical software tools is a plus
* Prior experience working on transportation, building, or infrastructure projects is beneficial
